What payment methods are available?

Want to know which payment methods we offer? No problem — here's an overview.

Your secure payment options

Credit card (e.g. VISA, MasterCard, American Express): Your credit card details are not stored — they are only used for the payment process.

PayPal: Fast, uncomplicated and direct — your payment will be credited immediately, so we can start shipping right away.

Klarna: Purchase on account or installment payment possible (depending on availability and credit check).

Apple Pay & Google Pay: Pay conveniently with your smartphone – securely, quickly and easily.

Gift voucher: Gift vouchers can be redeemed during the checkout process. Enter the voucher code in the "Enter voucher code" field and confirm with "Submit". The value of the gift voucher will then be deducted from the total amount in your shopping cart for all eligible items.

Pay by Bank: With Pay by Bank, you pay directly from your bank account. After selecting this payment method, you will be securely redirected to your bank. The payment is confirmed immediately. No additional account or registration is required. Your bank details are transmitted using encryption.

Electronic Payment Service (EPS): EPS enables customers in Austria to pay directly via their online banking. You select your bank and authorize the payment in your familiar environment. The transfer takes place via a secure connection. Sensitive account data is not shared with the merchant.

TWINT: TWINT allows customers in Switzerland to pay via smartphone app. The payment is authorized by confirmation within the app. The amount is debited directly from the linked account. The transaction is secured through app authentication and encryption.

Swish: Swish allows customers in Sweden to pay directly from their bank account via a mobile app. The payment is authorized in real time and confirmed through secure app authentication. Personal payment data remains protected.

Blik: Blik allows Polish customers to make payments via a one-time code or app authorization. The payment is authorized through your banking app. Each code is valid only once. The transmission is encrypted.

Trustly: Trustly enables customers in Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Norway, and the Baltic states to make payments directly through their online banking without registration. You only need to log in to your bank. The payment is initiated via an encrypted connection. Bank details are not stored or shared with third parties.

Can I change or cancel an order after it has been placed?

We understand that sometimes people change their minds after clicking "Order" – that's perfectly normal.
Unfortunately, for technical reasons, orders cannot be changed or cancelled once they have been processed in our system.

But don't worry – you still have options:


If your order has already been shipped, you can simply refuse to accept the package or return the items free of charge after receiving them.

If your order hasn't been shipped yet, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. We'll gladly check if the order can still be stopped.

Tip:
As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation. From this point on, you can check the status at any time using the shipment tracking

Where can I find my invoice?

You can conveniently access your bill online – so you always have it at hand, whenever and wherever you want.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email. This email will contain a download link for your invoice.

Alternatively, you can also view your invoice in your customer account.

1. Log in to your customer account.

2. Open the "Orders" section.

3. Select the relevant order – there you can download or print your invoice directly.

Tip:
If you ordered as a guest, the invoice will also be sent by email – it's best to check your spam folder as well.

I placed an order as a guest – can I view the order afterwards?

If you did not create a customer account when placing your order, but ordered as a guest, you unfortunately cannot view your order in your customer account afterwards.

But don't worry – you'll still receive all the important information by email:

- Immediately after purchase you will receive an order confirmation with all the details.

- As soon as your package has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation including a link to track the shipment.

Tip:
If you would like to conveniently track your future orders online and view your order history, you can easily create a customer account.

Please note: Previous guest orders will not be automatically transferred to your newly created account.

How does the 30-day money-back guarantee work?

In addition to your statutory right of withdrawal, we give you even more time with our 30-day money-back guarantee. You can therefore cancel your order at your leisure within 30 days – for example, by email, letter, or fax.

To ensure everything runs smoothly, please note the following:

The 30-day period begins on the day you (or a person designated by you) received the last item. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your return to us in time – the date on the receipt is decisive.

In order for us to fully refund the purchase price, the goods should arrive in their original packaging, complete, unused (in the case of new goods) and undamaged.

Of course, your statutory rights regarding defects remain unaffected – if an item was already defective upon delivery, you can still assert these rights as normal.
