I forgot my password – how do I reset it?
Are you unable to log in to your customer account?
No problem — we'll help you get back inside quickly:
1. Go to the login page and click on "Forgot your password?". → Click here to log in
2. Enter the email address you used to place your order with us.
3. We will immediately send you an email with a link to reset your password. Please also check your spam or junk folder.
You haven't received anything, but you're sure you already placed an order using this email address?
You may have placed your order as a guest and not created a customer account at the time. In this case, resetting your password via the login is not possible.
-> Click on “My Account” → “Register” and create a new customer account.
Note: Your previous guest orders will not be automatically added to your new account.
Why is a customer account useful?
With your Running Point customer account, you can, among other things, view your order history, manage your data and benefit from promotions at any time.
How do I delete my customer account?
Do you want to delete your customer account?
That's a shame — but of course you can always take action yourself. Please keep in mind beforehand: If you delete your account, you will permanently lose access to...
- Your order history,
- Wishlist and saved items,
- Your saved delivery and billing addresses, as well as
- all benefits such as programs or promotions for members.
If you still wish to delete your customer account:
Go to "My Account" → "Delete Account" in your account. From this point on, you will no longer be able to log in. This decision is final and cannot be reversed.
After deletion, your data will be deleted within up to 4 weeks in accordance with GDPR standards.
