Here's how it works:

1. Place the desired voucher amount in the shopping cart.

2. Complete your order – the voucher will be sent via email within 30–90 minutes.

3. Download the PDF file from the confirmation email and simply print it out.

4. And now you have your personal gift in your hand!

Important:

Gift vouchers are sent exclusively digitally via email – postal delivery is not possible.

Gift vouchers cannot be purchased on account.

The voucher's appearance may differ slightly from the product image.

Redemption and validity

Gift vouchers can be redeemed online and are valid in all Running Point webshops that use the same currency.
Example: A voucher in euros (€) can be redeemed in all European shops that use the euro currency.
A voucher in Swiss francs (CHF) is only available in the Swiss Running Point shop.

With your Running Point gift voucher, you can treat yourself to everything that makes your runner's heart beat faster!

You can redeem your voucher for all products in the Running Point online shop – regardless of whether:

- New running shoes for your next personal best,

- Functional running apparel for all weather conditions,

- high-quality accessories such as watches, backpacks or hydration systems,

- or trendy sports outfits for your everyday life.

If you return items, the refunded amount will automatically be credited back to your voucher code.
Once we have received and processed your return, it usually takes 2-3 working days for the credit to be available again on your voucher.

You will receive an email confirmation once everything is complete.

Gift vouchers

You can redeem gift vouchers online in the shopping cart under the field "Enter voucher code".

Vouchers are valid in the currency in which they were purchased.
(e.g. Euro vouchers in all European Running Point shops with Euro currency, CHF vouchers only in the Swiss shop).

The voucher value can be spread across multiple orders, as long as there is still credit available.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to retroactively offset payments against an already completed order.

Cash payment or refund of the voucher value is excluded.

If you return items, the amount will automatically be credited back to your voucher code – usually within 2-3 working days once your return has been processed.

Discount codes and promotional vouchers

You can also activate discount codes or promotional vouchers in the shopping cart in the "Enter voucher code" field.

Only one discount code can be redeemed per order.

Discount codes are usually only valid for a specific period or for selected products, brands, or categories.

A combination of discount code and gift voucher is possible – the discount code is deducted first, then the voucher amount.

Discount codes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

If you return an order with a discount, the discount amount will be applied proportionally to the returned goods.
