Greatest personal achievement 47 km mountain run in the Chiemgau

Hey, I’m Aileen and I live in beautiful Bergisch Gladbach. I’ve been happily married since 2023. Running is my great passion and has been with me since I was a child. A few years ago, I discovered the fascination of trail running for myself, but unfortunately had to give up this dream for the time being after an ankle injury. Nevertheless, I still run everything with enthusiasm – from short 5 km runs to marathons.

My biggest highlight so far was a 47-kilometer run with a good friend through the impressive mountain landscape of Chiemgau. This experience showed me how strong body and mind can be when they work in harmony.

Professionally, I am a teacher at a vocational college in Cologne. There I teach the medical assistants in the subjects of sport and health with a focus on the medical subjects. I am also a certified running coach and nutritionistfor athletes. My mission is to help people achieve their sporting goals while staying healthy and motivated.

Running is not just a hobby for me, but a way of life that I love to share with others. Whether on the running track, on trails or in the classroom – my heart beats for inspiring people and overcoming boundariestogether.
