What are the conditions for our "30-Day Money-Back Guarantee"?

Regardless of your statutory right of withdrawal as a consumer, we also grant you the option to revoke your contract declaration within 30 days in writing (e.g., by letter, fax, or email).

To ensure a smooth process, please follow the steps below:

1. The 30-day period begins on the day you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the last item. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to return the item in time (date of delivery receipt).

3. he goods must be returned in their original packaging (if the goods were delivered in appropriate packaging), complete, unused (if the goods were new at the time of delivery), and undamaged when exercising the extended contractual right of withdrawal.

   The money-back guarantee does not apply to customized products or services already provided. For example, when using the racquet stringing service, only the purchase price of the racquet can be refunded.

   Your statutory rights regarding defects remain unaffected if the goods were defective at the time of delivery.
